20/20 Parking Consultants, LLC is a specialty parking consulting firm, providing an array of parking technology services related to the recommendation, design, and implementation of automated parking technologies. 20/20 offers extensive project experience with a wide range of parking technologies focusing on Parking Access and Revenue Control Systems (PARCS), Automated Parking Guidance Systems (APGS) and Ground Transportation Management Systems (GTMS).
20/20’s services include project planning and programming, parking technology specification and infrastructure design, procurement support services, as well as construction phase services. We have worked with all the major industry suppliers, and do not enter any project with preconceived solutions or preferred products.
20/20 provides specialty services to multiple client types including airports, casinos, hospitals, hotels, municipalities, retailers, universities and more. Our staff has experience leading the planning, design, procurement, construction observation and acceptance testing on over 100 parking technology implementation projects across the US.
20/20 was founded in January 2016 and is headquartered in Katy, Texas.

James Maglothin, PE, PMP
Founder and President
20/20’s founder, James Maglothin, has over 16 years of experience providing parking technology consulting services to aviation, education, health care, municipal, and private clientele. Those services include project planning and programming, parking technology specification and infrastructure design, procurement support services, as well as construction phase services.
James is proficient in all aspects of the project life cycle related to the successful implementation of state-of-the-art parking technologies including system analysis and recommendation, cost estimating, financial feasibility, preparation of functional specifications, RFP package development, contract negotiation and award services, construction administration, and acceptance testing. He has expertise in the design of parking-related civil, communication, and electrical infrastructure as well as construction administration during the execution of the designs.
